Class Experience

Resonance Flow: Yoga & Sound Bowls

This hour-long yoga class blends gentle movement with the soothing power of sound bowls. The first half flows through a series of accessible, mindful poses designed to release tension and connect with the breath. In the second half, you'll experience the calming vibrations in a sound bath, using Tibetan sound bowls to promote deep relaxation and restore balance. A perfect class to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Followed by vegitarian breakfast prepared by our chef and socializing with the community.

About the Instructors:

Anna is a warm, welcoming, passionate student of life & lover of the earth. She’s a RYT 500-hour teacher trained in Varkala, Kerala, South India. Her asana classes are typically very grounding & embodying, with consistent breath-to-body awareness and intentionality. She also holds hundreds of hours in certifications amongst other holistic modalities obtained in Rishikesh, India – Tibetan sound healing therapy, Ayurvedic marma & holistic oil massage, foot reflexology, and reiki II. She creates a safe space for others to bring awareness to sensations throughout the body during their practice or healing session, while utilizing pranic energy to move through any arising discomfort; physically, mentally, or emotionally.

Madi has been immersed in the practice of yoga since she was a child, and deepened her passion for it the past few years as she’s ebbed and flowed through life’s challenges.

She completed her 200hr YTT in Varkala, Kerala, South India, and carries over that deep appreciation and gratitude from her teachers there into her teaching practice here.

Teaching from this experience, she believes that sometimes we just need a reminder that we can do hard things, and her classes provide the extra push of encouragement to achieve that.

Her asana classes typically consist of clear & concise direction with an emphasis on biomechanics and body awareness, offering intuitive adjustments and modifications.

She encourages you to show up on your mat exactly as you are while leaning into the community around you.
