Want to encourage kids to problem solve real world problems? The education staff at Amber Waves is looking to partner with local science teachers and those organizations interested in tackling envionemental issues on the farm & in our environment related to compost, flooding, water preservation, food sanitation, neighborhood pesticide use, food preservation, recycling and many more topics. A field trip would be scheduled and an educator will contact the teacher and design a project for students, teachers and educators to collaorate on the farm. Your group can discuss before visiting the farm, and work on the issue while here. One to two follow up field trips may be needed, depending on project. These can be scheduled any time of year.
