-The starting price includes up to 9 people (8 guests, plus the birthday girl/boy).
- For larger parties there is a $50 additional instructor fee, plus $10 per guest.
- Parties are offered on Friday, Saturday & Sunday (some vacation days, please inquire)
- Private use of the studio space (15 min. set up for the party host, 2 hours of art & party time for you and your guests, 15 min gather and go for party host)
- Your guests should arrive promptly at the start time and leave promptly at the end time. We often book multiple parties a day, so we can not go over your allotted time. **There will be a $50 fee for parties that run over their allotted time**
- Drop off is encouraged, however we do have a separate party room for any parents who wish to stay.
- Dress to get messy!!! Please let your guests know that we use fine art supplies which can sometimes stain clothing. We do provide smocks for each guest, but good art gets messy! Dress accordingly.
- Artcie is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing.
- A $50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Final headcount and balance are due one week prior to the party.
- There are no refunds for guests who do not show up. However, you are welcome to take their supplies and goodie bag home.
- Artcie provides all supplies for art projects. Party host provides food, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils etc. for the party.
- We think parents should enjoy their child's birthday too, so clean up is always on us!
