Sparkle, sprinkle, mix.....and MAGIC! Potion parties include all of the fun open play (see below) and a colorful, fizzy concoction to create and take home. Kids will use a little science, a big imagination and a lot of magic to mix up colors, glitter and fizz! We will give our potions a special name, and special powers too!
First 30 Minutes of the party will be open-ended play, moving about in the following CREATIVE SPACES:
Painting Wall
Sparkly Playdough Cupcakes
Sensory Bins
Light Table
Creative Play area + more!
We then move to the celebration table to have your special treat/food . Children sit around one large table for the party. Next we create an "open gift area" on our carpet, along with lots of little chairs to lessen the overwhelm factor :) (gift opening is optional). If there is time left over, kids move back to the sensory bins/playdough table.

Important Info:
+We can hold the party date for three days after the initial email.
+$150 Non-refundable Deposit Due within 3 days of booking.
+Remainder due the day of the party.
+There is an $15 fee for extra children (per child) over 12 (can go up to 15)
+Parties are 1.5 hours. 30 minutes for open play, 30 for the main project and 30 for the celebration.
+We provide 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the party for set up/clean up. Coming early or late will be a $50 extra fee. (our teachers work hard to get the party ready and cleaned up, please be mindful of our time/schedule)
+Our teachers are the best! They guide the party, keep track of time and all of the things so that you can sit back and PLAY!
+We will be in contact on the MONDAY prior to the event to finalize details. Please EMAIL us at artplayparty@gmail.com if you have any questions in the meantime. We only EMAIL party info to keep information organized and planned.
+Bring any decorations that you would like OR just keep it simple! The studio is full of color, magic and lots of happy birthday (child's name) chalkboards......so not much is needed :)
+Bring any food/treats/drinks/party supplies that you would like. We have one large celebration table (4'x8') for the kids to sit around and a cart for food. We cover the table with paper, but you may like to bring a table cloth. We do not have a refrigerator.
+Parents of the kid guests are welcome to stay! There's places to sit or hang with the kids. Kids who are over the age of 5 may be dropped off (decision up to the party parent).
+Should there be illness or bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule. If a party is canceled for weather, the deposit will be returned.
+Please let your guests know to wear ART clothes.......we get messy (but not too messy ;)
