RENTAL SPACE:

• During your party hours, the facility is closed to the public.

• Your party time is 2 1/2 hours long

• 30 minute complementary set up time prior to start of party.

• Tables and chairs are provided. (up to five 6’ banquet tables and two 4’ child size banquet tables) and chairs (up to 30 adult and 14 child). These can be arranged to your liking.

• Decorations, table coverings, paper products, etc. are NOT included. Decorations of your choice may be brought in. (including balloons & pinatas) If unsure, please contact us for approval.

• All guests are REQUIRED to wear socks in the play spaces. (Including Adults). Socks are for sale at $3.00-$5.00 a pair. Slippers are recommended for older guests.

*DISCLOSURE* The "big gym" (warehouse space) does not have air conditioning. Please keep this in mind when booking summer parties. We do provide large warehouse fans. The lobby & playnasium does have A/C.

PAYMENT:

• The $75.00 is non refundable (some exceptions may apply) and is required to reserve your date.

• Remaining balance is due three weeks PRIOR to your event or the event may be canceled. You will receive a request for payment three weeks prior to the event.

• Events canceled within three weeks (21) DAYS of the scheduled party will NOT receive a refund of all monies. (Some exceptions may apply)

FOOD/DRINK:

• You are responsible for providing all food and drink for your party.

• Food MUST be kept in the designated area (lobby). NO food or drinks are permitted in the play areas.

• ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES permitted in the facility.

• Better Together Playnaisum is a tobacco-free facility, there is no smoking tolerated.

STAFF/CLEAN UP:

• Better Together Playnasium staff will be there to let you in the building, throughout the party and to lock up after.

• Staff will be collecting waivers for all participants at the party BEFORE they are allowed to play. Please your guests to complete the waiver as they arrive.

• Staff is there to oversee, NOT teach. This is an open play style birthday party.

• You are responsible for removing any items brought in or belonging to you and putting all trash in the designated trash cans; the staff will take care of the rest of clean up.

WAIVERS/DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:

• Every participating child MUST have a completed waiver before participating in any activities. These can be completed in advance or day of the party.

• This waiver establishes that Better Together Playnasium is not responsible for all liabilities arising out of the facility, including personal injury, property damage, court costs and attorneys' fees.

• If any of the facility is damaged by the act, default or negligence of your party, the renter is responsible for such sum that is necessary to restore it to its previous condition. (This includes, but not limited to, slides, swings, busy boards, toys, furniture, flooring).

This Agreement is void unless the following criteria are met.

It may also be terminated within 24 hours prior to the event by Better Together Playnasium upon notice only if the facility has been rendered unusable. (which in this event, you will receive a refund). This may also be terminated if we become aware of any threat to personal or public safety arising at the time of intended use.
