RENTAL SPACE:

• Your rental space includes 2 hours in the PLAYNASIUM ROOM ONLY. No lobby or big gym use.
• 15 minutes complimentary set up time. An additional 15 minutes may be added to extend party time for $20.00.
• Up to 30 guests TOTAL, children and adults.
• Set up with two child size tables & chairs for up to 10 kids and one 6’ banquet table and 6 chairs for adults.
• Decorations, table coverings, paper products, etc. are NOT included. Small decorations of your choice may be brought in. Painters tape is required to hang decorations on the walls.
• All guests are required to wear socks in the space. Socks are available for purchase at $3.00-$5.00 a pair.

PAYMENT:

• A $75.00 deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposit is non refundable (some exceptions may apply) and goes toward the cost of the party.
• Remaining balance is due three weeks (21 days) PRIOR to your event or the event may be canceled.
• Events canceled within 21 DAYS of the scheduled party will NOT receive a refund. (Some exceptions may apply)

FOOD/DRINK:

• Only a small dessert item (ie: birthday cake, cookies, cupcakes) and one snack item (ie: goldfish, pretzels, veggie straws) are permitted. ABSOLUTELY NO other FOOD ITEMS ARE PERMITTED! (ie: fruit/veggie trays, pizza, sandwiches, crockpots, chicken nuggets, etc)
• Juice boxes and water bottles are permitted.
• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES permitted in the facility.
• Better Together Playnasium is a tobacco-free facility, there is no smoking tolerated.

STAFF/CLEAN UP:

• Better Together Playnasium staff will be there to let you in the space, throughout the party and to lock up after.
• Staff will be collecting waivers for all participants at the party BEFORE they are allowed to play.
• Staff is there to oversee, NOT teach. This is an open play style birthday party.
• You are responsible for removing any items brought in or belonging to you and putting all trash in the designated trash cans; the staff will take care of the rest of clean up.

WAIVERS/DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:

• Every participating child MUST have a completed waiver before participating in any activities. These can be completed in advance or day of the party.
• This waiver establishes that Better Together Playnasium is not responsible for all liabilities arising out of the facility, including personal injury, property damage, court costs and attorneys' fees.
• If any of the facility is damaged by the act, default or negligence of your party, the renter is responsible for such sum that is necessary to restore it to its previous condition. (This includes, but not limited to, slides, swings, busy boards, toys, furniture, flooring).

This Agreement is void unless the following criteria are met.

It may also be terminated within 24 hours prior to the event by Better Together Playnasium upon notice only if the facility has been rendered unusable. (which in this event, you will receive a
refund). This may also be terminated if we become aware of any threat to personal or public safety arising at the time of intended use.
