Private Events are based off of duration of time and needs of client

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to reserve your date and begin party planning. The remaining birthday balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event. Please note that an 18% service and gratuity charge will be added to the entire cost of the party (for staff).
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
In case rescheduling is needed, you must give at least 30 days' notice to reschedule.
If party is cancelled within 30 days prior to the event, 50% of your total invoice will be charged. If you choose to cancel within fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event, the full amount will be charged.
VENUE ACCESS
Parents will have access to the reserved area 30 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. All party attendees must leave the reserved area after the party’s scheduled end time. If attendees do not leave the party in time, additional time will be charged. Parents will have additional 15 minutes to leave the facilities.
