Wise Wonder Party Package
Are you looking for the perfect venue for your little one's birthday party? You've come to the right place. Wise Wonder's light-filled, cozy environment is the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable event!

PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES...
-Two hours of private use of our entire space (excluding office and cottage classrooms).
-Two party helpers to assist in set up, clean up, and party flow.
- 45 minutes of set up time & 30 minutes of clean up time.
- 2 kid size rectangular tables.
-Two rectangular large tables for cake and food (standard 6ft).
-Speakers and an iPod to link your playlist.
-Cake cutting knife + lighter.
-Bubble and glow stick dance party to end your event!
PLEASE NOTE...
- The base Party Package price includes 12 children. The birthday boy or girl is free! (13 kids TOTAL) Additional children can be added | $25/child
- The maximum capacity Wise Wonder can accommodate is 20 kids and 35 adults. When selecting the estimated headcount only include the number of children, not adults.
- If you require more time for set up, clean up, or party fun, you can add-on additional time by the hour | $75/hour
- Parties can be booked between 10:30am and 5pm on weekends only (to request a different time please note that in the submission form).
-A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The final balance will be due the day before your event.
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver for the duration of your party.
- For parties with a headcount of over 15 children, only one parent is allowed to attend with each guest, in order to meet the capacity of 35 adults maximum.
WISE WONDER DOES NOT PROVIDE...
- Food or beverages.
- Party favors, paper products, or decor of any kind.
- Entertainment.
✨ We invite you to have food catered or delivered during your set up or party time!
✨ Our pantry consists of a full refrigerator for your party needs. We have counter space and storage space for favors, decorations, etc. that may be brought in the day before.
✨ Wise Wonder provides a list of local vendors and businesses that offer special discounts and packages to families that host their parties with Wise Wonder. Please enjoy looking through the list and make note of any add-ons you are interested in when you submit your party request!

- Additional time for set up, clean up, or party fun | by the hour only +$75
- Additional child | 20 children maximum +$25
- All parties must end at the scheduled time. Parties that run over may be subject to a fee.
- While WW staff will assist with clean-up of food, drinks, cake, furniture breakdown, overall sanitizing and cleaning, the hosts are responsible for taking down any party decor or extra party supplies brought in. If anything is left behind that is the responsibility of the host, an automatic charge of $100 for cleanup will apply.
- All guests, including parents, children, and outside vendors will remove shoes upon entering the Wise Wonder studio.
- No tacks, tape, staples, glue or other adhesives are permitted on walls and shelves.
- The host of the party is responsible for any damages that may have occurred during the party. An extra charge will be sent for any damages.
- Wise Wonder staff is for setting up, cleaning up, and assisting with party flow and support. They are not part of the entertainment.
- Any outside entertainment vendors must show proof of insurance.
- Confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted. If there is something specific you would like to use during your party, please check with our Event Director.
- Each child must be accompanied by a parent/adult.
- Wise Wonder is not responsible for any lost items.
- All strollers must remain outside.
-A headcount must be given in advance. Any additional children that attend will result in an extra $25 charge. If more than the maximum number of children attend, the host will be charged double per child.
- Babies under 9 months are free and are not included in the party headcount.
