Make your child’s next birthday a Chefsville Birthday!

This unique birthday party is fun because it is 100% hands-on! Everyone dices, juices, grates, sautés and participates. After cooking, we eat what we cook. Everything seems to taste better when we cook it ourselves!
And the pride in being able to create something that is eatable cannot be compared!
Chefsville Birthdays offers unlimited party options. Two Chefsville professionals will come to your house with ingredients, cookware, recipes, talent, and activities. We can provide the birthday cake, dessert or both.
Chefsville does the shopping, menu planning, recipes and cooking activities that are hands-on. Everyone learns something wonderful about food and cooking.

Where is the party held:
Typically, parties take place at the home of the family. We use your kitchen, your stove, oven and sink, and space. We talk to you before the party about accommodations and work together to make the party spectacular given your layout.
For families unable to use their home/kitchen, we suggested asking your friends, parents, grandparents if you can use their larger space. We’ve also had families use their church or club for the party.

You Provide:
The location, service-ware, special birthday cake, drinks, party-themed decorations, and party favors.

When to book the party:
Best to book the birthday as far in advance as possible to secure the date, but certainly 1 month prior to the party. When booking, fill out the registration form, and send deposit payment ($150.00) after confirming party details with Chefsville.

Information needed is:
Date(s)/Time(s) desired, Birthday person’s name, Theme, number of guests, location of the event, cake/cupcakes wanted, and food allergies/ intolerance's.

Pricing:
Party pricing starts at $300.00 for the first 8 guests and $37.50 per guest after that. A deposit of $150.00 is due at the time of confirmation of the party and then remainder at the end of the party.

Cancellation Policy:
You have one week from the date of payment to cancel the party for a full refund. Canceling thereafter, no refund.

Limitations:
• Children must be 6 and older.

Food Allergies of party Guests:
Chefsville is not responsible for injuries or food allergy emergencies. Parents must check with party guests before the party to relay if there are any food allergies and if possible, Chefsville will adjust the menu. A parent must be on the premises while the party is ongoing.
