Birthday Parties
Our party package includes 2 hours of studio time with complete instruction for an art project. The first hour and 15 minutes take place in our front classroom, where an experienced teacher guides participants through their projects. Typically, this session includes participants, teachers, and the birthday parents only. All other adult guests are welcome to relax in the second classroom or explore shopping options in the area.
The final 45 minutes are reserved for you and your guests in our second classroom.
We offer both painting and hand-building with pottery parties.
**Our Pricing**
- Painting parties: Base price of $250 plus $20 per participant.
- Pottery parties: Base price of $350 plus $25 per participant.
The parties are designed for a minimum of 10 participants and can accommodate up to 15.
To avoid conflicts with our traditional classes (as we are an art school), parties are typically scheduled on Saturday afternoons only. The start time for Saturday parties is 2:00 PM.
If you have a specific theme for the party, we will do our best to incorporate it into the project!

-Birthday Parent should remain at the party for the duration of the party.
-We require the party base price as a deposit to reserve your party time.
-Refunds are not permitted for cancellations of less than 48 hours.
-Children's Art Classes will provide all the art supplies for the projects.
-Birthday Party host may arrive 30 minutes before the start of the party to begin setting up decorations, cake, food, beverages, etc. Please note: CAC is not responsible for serving food or drinks.
-We do not allow glitter, confetti or alcohol in the studio.
-Party is responsible for removal/disposal of decorations.
-Please be aware of time limitations when planning your party food. Any party that runs over the scheduled time will incur an additional charge ($25 per 30 minutes).
-The theme is requested a minimum 1 weeks prior (the sooner the better please)
-Final official head count needed 1 week prior. Less participants may show, and we’ll adjust price appropriately.
-It is difficult to add participants due to teacher prepping requirements.
