Class Experience
Join us for a week dedicated to creating Axolotl Art! Throughout the week, students will complete two vibrant paintings and two creative clay projects all centered around these fascinating creatures. Get ready for a week full of fun and artistic exploration!
If your child signs up for a morning workshop and an afternoon workshop for the same week, he/she may stay for the lunch hour for free in-between sessions!
Class Requirements
- Students should be able to behave appropriately and work independently in a studio art classroom.
- Parents drop-off children.
Sample Class Format
- Please bring a water bottle and optional small snack (Such as a granola bar) for the 5-10 minute break in the middle of the session each day.
Other Things To Know
Cancellation Policy
This workshop is not refundable; however, it may be exchanged for another summer workshop of equal value (Or difference in price applied) the same summer of 2025. The last week of workshops in July will not be able to be exchanged.

Meet your Instructors
Marie K.
As a professional educator with over 34 years' experience, I have been a fine arts education advocate for many years. I know the benefits it provides to student development! I am grateful to be an independent franchise owner for Children's Art Classes and offer a high quality, curriculum-based studio art education in the Indianapolis community.
Rachel R.
Rachel is a full-time Art Education student at Herron School of Art at IUPUI. She has experience teaching students of all ages and loves to share the joy of art with young people. Rachel is also a fantastic artist, and we are blessed to have her at CAC.
Parker L.
Parker is a professional illustrator with a BFA degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Parker loves working with youth of all ages, and he is excited to help each student learn art techniques that will help their creativity shine!
