Cinnabar's "Drama Lab" summer camp offers weeks packed with theatrical action!  Every week of this three-week camp is filled with games and exercises designed and led by theater professionals who love working with the next generation of performance artists.  

This camp provides a fun path to a firm foundation in the core skills of drama and musical theater: ACTING, SINGING, and DANCE! Each day's schedule includes practice of scenes, vocal music, and choreography.  Participants will pick one emphasis at the start of each week, but can choose to spend time on all three of these core skills throughout the camp.

Each of the three weeks of this camp will also feature special guest artists and mini-masterclasses on other aspects of theater, such as MAKEUP, IMPROV, SHAKESPEARE, SOUND, LIGHTING & PROP DESIGN, and FIGHT CHOREOGRAPHY!

Each week of this three-week camp will culminate in a fun, low-pressure "Share-formance" on Friday during the last hour of camp*.  Parents and close friends or family are invited to attend this skills demonstration and celebrate the work and learning that the kids have done during the week.

All three weeks of camp will provide training on Acting, Singing, and Dance.  Each week will also have a special emphasis, with one or more workshops highlighting special theater skills.

Week 1 (June 30-July 3)  -- Voice, Movement, and Improv!

Week 2 (July 7-11) -- Combat, Dance, and Makeup!

Week 3 (July 14-18) -- Production and Performance!

*This camp is being offered both as a 3-week block (best price!) and as individual weeks.  For families of students attending the entire 3-week camp, we recommend attending the Share-formance on the final Friday, July 18 -- but you can come to all of them if you want!
