  • Audio Setup in the Gymnasium: two PA speakers with stands, two wireless microphones, and mini-mixing board. +$100
  • Access to Corlears Gym or Corlears Backyard: two large, spacious areas that are perfect for energetic children to run around and play. The gym is a backup for the yard in the event of inclement weather +$150
Policy

Host family may arrive up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time (early access must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees).

Responsibilities:
-Clean-up must begin immediately following the conclusion of your event. You are responsible for removing all decorations, personal items, and any event-related materials.

-Condition of the Venue: The venue should be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

-Time Allotment: Host family has 1 hour after the event ends to complete clean-up. Exceeding this time may incur additional fees.

Children below the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver during the celebration. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date and time of your party. The deposit is non-refundable, however it can be transferred to another date and time (pending availability) up to 4 weeks prior to the party. Within 4 weeks of the date of your party, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. We are unable to provide refunds for any headcount changes less than two weeks before the party date.
