We are so excited to host your party!
FOOD + BEVERAGE:
Hosts May Bring Their Own Food and Dessert
Hosts Must Provide Paper Goods and Utensils for Whatever They Bring

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Party Requires a $150 Non-Refundable Deposit

BALANCE DUE:
The Balance is Due Two Weeks Before the Date of the Event along with headcount.
Cancellations (of Guests or Party) Are Not Eligible for Refunds.

RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling a Party Incurs a $75 Fee
A Future Date Will Be Determined Based on Availability and Mutual Agreement

FINAL PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY:
Final Payment is Due Two Weeks Prior to the Party.
Once Final Payment is Made, the Party is Non-Refundable.

Extra time: We try to accommodate extra time requests when possible. Each 30 minutes is $150.

ARRIVAL TIMES + DEPARTURE:
-Host Family May Arrive 20 Minutes Prior to the Party Start Time.
-Guests must leave when the party ends.
-Host Family Must Depart 15 Minutes After the Party End Time.

Host family is allotted 15 minutes to gather belongings and head out. Create team members will help you pack up and take everything to your car.

Any Early Arrivals or Late Departures Are Subject to Venue Fees ($75 per 15 minutes) and will be charged to your account.

*ALL GUESTS are expected to depart when the party ends. This is the responsibility of the host family.
