We understand plans change but due to the high demand for last-minute rescheduling requests, our small business has implemented a rescheduling ticket system for camp dates.
Rescheduling Tickets must be submitted at least 24 hrs before camp start time.
If you submit a ticket within 24 hrs of your camp start time, or after you have missed your enrolled camp, your request will NOT be accommodated and you will not any further rescheduling options.
Please view our camp dates on our website to make your request to check if they are running on your preferred dates.
Enter the camp date/type in the checkout process as the last question in the Creatively Wild Art Studio Form section.
Camp Rescheduling Tickets are NOT VALID on any other types of registrations.
To reschedule a FULL WEEK OF CAMP
Please contact us via email with your request. As per our studio policies, no refunds are offered after registration. In the case of a week of camp cancellation, there is a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $75 and a credit will be issued for the amount less this fee.
Credits must be used within 6 months of issue and will NOT BE VALID after this time.
