Class Experience
In keeping with our “Arabian Nights” theme this summer, this wonderful and fanciful musical is a perfect introduction to theatre for younger students. Colorful and funny, our veteran artist-teachers will nurture your child’s inner performing artist and encourage them to shine in a fully staged and costumed musical on the “big” stage. Directed by Sally Szabo-Lombardo, Musical Direction by Cheryl Kemeny, Costumed by Alexandrea Kemeny. SHOW DATE: SATURDAY, JUNE 21 @ 12 noon
Class Requirements
- All children welcome!
- Please bring a 3-ring binder to hold your script and music
- Children need black ballet or jazz shoes to wear in class each day and for the show.
- We provide the rest of the costumes.
Sample Class Format
- 15 minute of vocal warm-ups
- acting games
- learn show music and the dances and staging needed to perform the show
