Off-site workshops have a starting cost of $1200 for 45-60 minutes of activity time with DH instructors at your location.

Design Hive instructors will arrive within 15 minutes of start time for set up. Participants receive 45-60 minutes of activity time and project instruction with Design Hive instructors.⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣Off-site Venues Must Provide⁣⁣
- Tables with adequate table covering for all participants⁣⁣⁣
- Chairs for all participants⁣⁣⁣
- Shade, if necessary⁣⁣⁣
-Access to electrical outlets, extension cords
- The provided space and furniture, as well as table coverings should be either disposable, washable, or are able handle a real mess.⁣⁣⁣

Design Hive is a process art studio. Our instructors do their best to protect surfaces and keep surfaces clean, but cannot guarantee that all stains will come out. Book workshops at your home or an off-site venue at your own risk. Kids spill. Paints drip.⁣⁣⁣ Accidents happen.
⁣⁣⁣
Deposit and Final Pay⁣⁣
Off-site workshops should be booked at least 14 days in advance. Workshops booked within a 14 day time frame from the date must pay in full, up front.⁣⁣⁣

For workshops booked 14 days or more in advance:⁣⁣
In order to reserve your date you must make a $250 non-refundable deposit. You will receive a Payment Request in a separate email once we have agreed on the details of the workshops. Click on the link in the email to make your deposit and secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the workshop. No refunds or credits should the guest number decrease. Workshop costs are flat fees. ⁣

Workshops cancelled within 7 days of event will not receive a refund or credit. Workshops cancelled more than 7 days away from event will receive a refund minus $250. ⁣

No credits or refunds for day-of no shows or illness.

Travel Fees for Off-site workshops:
Within 6 mi radius of studio (90019): No Charge
7-15 mile radius of studio: $250
15+ mile radius of studio: $350
