Booking:
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Remaining balance is due 5 days before the party.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Cancellation within 7 days of the party results in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.
Party Size:
Package covers up to 12 children. Additional children will incur a fee of $20 per child.
Maximum party size is 20 children.
Supervision:
At least one parent or guardian must remain on-site during the party.
Discovery Center staff will facilitate activities, but adult supervision is required for children outside structured activities.
Food & Drink:
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved (e.g., dietary restrictions).
Add-on cakes must be ordered at least 10 days in advance.
Behavior Expectations:
All participants are expected to follow instructions and treat equipment respectfully.
Discovery Center reserves the right to end an activity early if equipment or safety rules are not followed.
Damage Policy:
Parents are responsible for any damages caused by their party guests to Discovery Center property or equipment.
Health & Safety:
All guests must adhere to current health and safety guidelines (e.g., hand washing, illness policy).
If a guest is visibly unwell, we reserve the right to restrict their participation for the safety of others.
Add-On Policies:
Add-ons must be confirmed and paid for at least 5 days before the event.
Late requests are subject to availability and may include a rush fee.
Photography:
By booking, you consent to the Discovery Center taking photos during the event for promotional use.
If you prefer no photography, please notify us in writing before the event.
Arrival & Departure:
Party setup begins 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Guests arriving earlier than this time may not have access to the party area.
Parties must conclude at the agreed-upon time. Additional time will incur an overtime fee of $50 per 15 minutes.
