Do you have a Swiftie on your hands? If they need even more Taylor in their life, this is the party for them!
Ten kids are included in the party price. You may add up to 4 more children for $15 per child (for a total of 14 kids), however if you have more than 10 kids, you will need to request that all children be dropped off by their parents so we have room for all the attendees.
You will get the first hour to create your art projects, and the last 20-30 minutes for cake and presents. Here are the art activities that is included:
- Mixed Media Shadow Box - combine painting, with photos of Taylor, stickers, jewels, disco ball mirror tiles, glitter, special Taylor-themed trinkets to create a unique Taylor Swift collage. Have a few attendees that aren't swifties? Let me know and I can have some other photo options for them!
You bring:
- Cake and snacks (no ice cream please, we don't have a fridge)
- Plates, utensils, napkins
- drinks
- decorations, if you wish
- birthday child!
We provide:

RULES AND INFO
-FARMERS MARKET- The Vancouver Farmer's Market will impact parking for you and your guests, as it happens right outside our doorstep. The market takes place year round on Saturdays, and will also be on Sundays from April-October. Please plan ahead to arrive on time, and inform your guests to do the same. We will not let your party go later if you arrive late due to the market, as our staff has other jobs, babysitters, or often other parties happening at the studio.
-EXTRA TIME - You can request an additional 30 minutes for a fee of $50. This does not include an extra craft, if you would like to add another craft, please mention this in the request and we can chat about it! Extra time might be good for parties who have higher guest counts, or older children who you know have longer attention spans when creating art.
-DROP OFFS - Party guests of children ages 5+ are strongly preferred to be dropped off. Having too many adults gets crowded, loud, and overwhelming for the children.
-DECORATIONS: If you would like to set up a few simple decorations, you are welcome to arrive 20 minutes prior to the birthday start time. We also have a bluetooth speaker if you have a party playlist, and will have tables set up for your snacks and presents.
-NUMBER OF GUESTS: 10 kids are included in the party package price. If you would like to add 1-4 more children, for a total of 14 children, this would be an extra $15 per child. Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions for allowing more attendees.
-CHARGE FOR STAYING PAST TIME- You may have up to 15 minutes to clean up any items after the party time is over. Please respect the party start and stop time, as we cannot allow parties to go late since we sometimes have 2 parties in one day, and to respect Drip Drop party host's time. Some of our employees have other jobs to get to, or babysitters to relieve at a certain time, and staying past the allowed clean up time will result in a $75 charge to accommodate for their time.
-NO NUTS - we keep our studio nut free due to many kids with nut allergies coming through our studio

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at time of booking. The remainder may be paid the day of the party.
Drip Drop Art Studio does not assume liability for the children. The adults who remain present assume liability.
Parties will end at the agreed upon end time, staying past the allowed clean up time will result in a $75 late fee.
