Come party with us! Our standard BASIC Party package includes skates for 20 skaters and PRIVATE use of our skating rink and party room for two hours!
IMPORTANT: WEEKDAY parties can happen at almost any time that we have available, put in a request for a two hour time frame and we will check our schedule and get back to you!
WEEKEND parties have predetermined time slots as follows!
Saturdays: 10am -12pm, 1:30pm - 3:30pm, or 5:00pm - 7:00pm.
Sundays: 2:00pm - 4:00pm or 5:30pm - 7:30pm
When completing your party request for a WEEKEND date, please choose one of the above time slots. Once you submit your party request, we will check our calendar and either approve the party, or email you with other possible options if not available.

A certificate of insurance naming North Phoenix Baptist church as an additional insure or signed waivers are required. This must be in place prior to your event.
Event Host agrees to turn in a completed waiver for each guest. All waivers must be turned in at the welcome desk prior to your event beginning.
Event Host agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Owner from any and all liability which may result from any person using the building, its entrances and exits, and surrounding areas for User’s purposes.
Event Host is responsible for having one or two people handing out skates, putting away skates, and making sure the Skating Rink is left clean from their event.
Event Host is responsible for following all Skating Rink rules and going over all rules with each member of the skating party.
Event Host is responsible for making sure all areas that are used during your event are left picked-up and clean before leaving. If the area is not satisfactory, fees will be assessed to cover maintenance costs.
North Phoenix Baptist Church is a Smoke Free-Alcohol Free campus. Please be sure all participants of your function are aware of this stipulation. North Phoenix Baptist Church holds the right to shut your event down with no notice if any type of drug or alcohol is found.
Upon completion of contract, any changes, substitutions, or additions will be subjected to an additional fee. This contract is binding, even in the event of low attendance. If a building or room is changed by NPBC, fees will be adjusted accordingly.
A 14 day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. If the cancellation is 5 - 13 days before your event, a 50% refund will be provided. If the cancellation is provided with less than 5 days notice, it will result in forfeiture of your event fees.
In the event that the Event Host does not turn in the contract by the deadline, the event is subject to cancellation.
Event Host understands that decorating and setup may begin 30 minutes prior to party beginning and cleanup, etc. must be complete 30 minutes after party’s designated ending time. Any additional time incurred may require additional fees.
Room 100 will be set up with 4 round tables (6 feet wide) with 10 chairs at each table.
We will also provide 3 banquet tables (6 feet long and 3 feet wide) for food/drinks/gifts.
We recommend bringing tablecloths for the tables
Event Host agrees to inform ALL guests that they must arrive at the FLC through the front doors and check in at the front desk prior to your event.
Event Host agrees to use only the areas of the FLC that have been rented to them. All restrooms are included in your rental.
