Reservations
Parties are booked no less than 3 weeks in advance. We request an approximate headcount 2 weeks before the date of the birthday party.
Deposit
A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The final balance must be paid on the day of the birthday party. We accept Zelle, card and cash.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
In case of emergency (bad weather, power outage, child sickness, etc.) and the party has to be rescheduled, the deposit will be transferable to the next scheduled date. Reschedules are available within 3 months of the originally scheduled date. However, if the party is cancelled (whether a few weeks out or the day of) GaragePod® retains the $150 non-refundable deposit.
Special Guest
If you have a particular special guest in mind (musician, magician, chef, etc), you're welcome to bring in your own entertainment. If you choose to use our in-house musician, the songs played are traditional, secular children’s songs. We provide percussion instruments to make the experience lively and interactive.
Sustainability
GaragePod® is committed to reducing waste. We are a fully compostable facility and therefore we recommend not using themed plates/napkins/cups or balloons. These items (which contain synthetic dyes and materials) can not be composted and are harmful to the environment. We offer our own birthday decorations and reusable plates and cups as well as compostable cutlery. All birthday party food is composted.
