FUTURE FREERUNNERS - Parkour + Ninja Warrior Training (3-4 yrs)
An introduction to Parkour/Freerunning + Ninja Warrior training for your budding athlete. The first step into the wonderful, exciting world of Parkour+Ninja! This program builds confidence and independence, focusing on improving fundamental gross and fine motor skills.
Each class starts with a warm-up, core skill drills, an obstacle course, and games. Soft objects that your athlete will learn to climb and jump over improve their athleticism, stamina, and agility! Your child will love this class.
A bit about the GRIT Movement programs:
The GRIT Parkour/ Freerunning/ Ninja Warrior system is designed to teach athletes how to improve their mobility and agility while building strength and stamina.
It is the perfect complement to any sport, helping to train gross and fine motor skills while building GRIT, mental toughness, and stamina.
The system is for youth, teens & adults and consists of three levels and eight bands as athletes learn the skills and progressions necessary to test up to the next level.
Our gym is modular, so each week the layout is different to create fun and challenging ways to test an athlete's skills as they progress and learn more difficult tricks.

We combine Parkour, Ninja Training, Gymnastics, Sports Training, and Skateboarding to improve Gross Motor Coordination, Speed, Agility, and Movement.
