Basic Birthday Package for ages 8-11
"Fake-Bake-Shop" Art Party!
Base cost: $375
This includes a 90 minute party for 10 children.
Additional guests: $15/child (max of 16)
Party time breakdown: We plan for 60 minutes of art activities where guests create their own project to take home & 30 minutes to sing happy birthday with the “fake cake”, take photos, or open gifts.
The group will decorate a fake cake to sing happy birthday with!
We highly recommend sending wrapped cupcakes or treats to go as the take along goodie bags in lieu of birthday cake in the studio.
Add-on options:
$50 Additional 30 minutes - for present opening or serving food/cake.
(If adding on time for eating cake, please limit food to cake & water.)
$8/per child - art goodie bags with mini sketchbook, art materials, sticker.

Payment:
- $100 Deposit at booking.
- Deposit is refundable until 3 weeks before party date.
- Balance due 48 hours prior to party date.
- Please confirm your guest count no later than 1 week prior to party.
Decorations:
- We will have pretty party tables cloths & a welcome sign ready for you. The birthday family is welcome to arrive 15 minutes early.
- If you would like to provide special paper goods or decor, please deliver 24-48 hours prior to party.
Guests:
- Guests will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating.
- Parties are “drop-off”. If a child has a particular need that makes it necessary for a caregiver to be on-site during the party, they are most welcome to stay.
- Please limit your adult accompaniments, as they can make a lot of background noise. The birthday parents are present for the party, of course!
