GENERAL PARTY SCRIPT
(45 minutes family set-up time. All times approximate)
+ 30 minutes: Welcome time! / Birthday Banner drawing
+ 50 minutes: Art-making / 2 Projects + 25 minutes: Cake & treats
+ 15 minutes: Choice time/Farewell time!
Art Studio cleans-up.

Please submit full payment three-weeks prior to the scheduled event. Venmo, Zelle, cash or check.
Party may be rescheduled up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.

Payment is final 13 days prior to the scheduled event.
Payment is final- With exceptions for emergency situations or illness.

Adult Family and Friends are welcome to attend this party. Drop-off is also welcome. Please consider that we may encounter situations where the room is too full. Please be advised that visitors may be asked to limit their time if there are more than 20+ attendees in the space.

HHAS is a nut-free zone. Please do not bring nuts of any kind to the Studio.

During drop-off time, All parents and caregivers will be asked to sign a release form
6.
All children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
