Hourly Rental

For private parties or for-profit groups wishing to use the space for less than 4 hours, we offer hourly rental fees of $100 an hour. This rental includes use of the kitchen space, tables and chairs. Please be sure to include any necessary setup and cleanup time in the reservation. (Ex. If a party is booked 7-9 p.m. that is the time you will have access to the building. Any time before or after that will be charged at a rate of $100/hour.)

Policy

Those renting are responsible for all cleanup and setup. If alcohol is being served, a single day event insurance policy might be required at discretion of owners. Renters may use any tables & chairs available. Hours booked are total number of hours space may be used. Please be sure to book any time needed for cleanup and setup in addition to party time. $50 non-refundable deposit unless canceled by venue owners. Balance due 7 days prior to event.
