Rental agreement will be provided and must be completed and returned in order to book the space.

After hours fee is $15/hour, anytime outside of 1-6pm Monday-Saturday.
$200 deposit due at booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Duration:4 hrs minimum (Can request additional time)
Cancellation Policy:
21+ days before event: 100% refund of deposit
14-20 days before event: 50% of total refund
Less than 14 days before event: No refund
No-show: No refund
