Jitterbug Performing Arts, LLC does not refund payments. In the event participants choose to revoke their registration after payment but before a minimum of 72-hours prior to services start-date, JPA will issue a credit to the customer account in the full amount paid. In the event the program or any portion of it is unable to be completed due to unforeseen circumstances under responsibility of JPA, a prorated credit to the customer account will be issued for the uncompleted portion of the program.
