We set your per person rate based on the estimated amount of attendees when you schedule. Our fee structure of $25 per painter requires 8 or more painters to participate. ·The $25 deposit secures your event. If the number of guests is not met a balance of our min party fee will be due the day of your event. If a painting selection is not included in booking the host must email our studio at least 48 hours prior to the event with the painting choice. We book the parties in 2 hour slots. You will have 30 minutes prior to the event to use for set up and to decorate if you are hosting the party for a special occasion. There is 30 min after the party allowed for clean up so that the studio is ready for another group to come in. Our instructors are here to guide the group and be mindful of the time so that our events do not run over into another groups scheduled time. Kreeayt Art Studio can provide: Chairs and seating for up to 25 guests for painting 1 (6 ft.) table for food and/or beverages (feel free to bring decorations or table cloths All supplies for the painting. (Canvas, paint, brushes, aprons, instruction, etc.) Party goers provide: Refreshments, decorations, plates, napkins (anything associated with the food/decoration portion of your event) ---NO PEANUT PRODUCTS PLEASE--- Please remind your guests ·Private party registrations are non-refundable. ·They will want to dress appropriately for a painting event. We do NOT provide aprons during our Covid 19 sanitation protocol. We suggest no flowy long sleeves. ·We paint with acrylic paint. It usually can come out with pretreatment using alcohol before washing. ·Arrive on time and plan to be here until the end. It does take the majority of the two hours to do the painting. Our instructors cannot stop and re-teach the painting to late-comers. This throws the entire party off and could result in incomplete paintings.
