Crafty Creators Package: Perfect for Ages 5+

Celebrate your child’s special day with creativity, color, and lots of hands-on fun! Our drop-off birthday parties are designed around art mediums—from paint to clay to mixed media—so your child can create with their favorite materials.
We’ll provide a curated set of project options for you to choose from, and can also customize the experience with themed decor, and your child's favorite art medium.

What’s Included:
Up to 25 kids (Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Maximum capacity is 30.)
2 hours of private studio time. Choose the day/time slot. Fridays 4pm-6pm. Saturday or Sunday 10am-12pm.
1 Main art project curated with selected art medium
2 DIY art stations
2-3 experienced instructors to guide the fun.

Code of Conduct & Party Policies
Adherence to Policies and Conduct Standards
Every party at Little Makers Studio must follow our general studio policies and code of conduct. We strive to keep the studio a positive, safe, and creative space for everyone. To ensure a fun experience, we ask hosts and guests to follow these guidelines. Disruptive, unsafe, or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated, and anyone who does not follow the rules may be asked to leave. Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and imaginative environment.
We are kind and respectful to all. Our goal is to foster imagination and creativity with equality, kindness, and respect for everyone who enters our whimsical doorway. You agree to help your child treat all participants with the same kindness and respect.
We get messy—sometimes a lot. Creativity isn’t always neat, so please make sure your child comes dressed appropriately for LMS activities. This means wearing clothes, shoes, and/or a smock that can get dirty.
We respect our materials. We use a wide range of art supplies, some of which can be unsafe if used incorrectly. While we closely monitor children, accidents can happen. You understand these materials are not for consumption and will remind your child to use them safely.
Safety first. The safety of all children in our studio is our top priority. Our programs are designed for group participation, and staff cannot provide one-on-one support for children who need specialized supervision or care beyond our standard programming. When booking a child at LMS you acknowledge that your child has no physical, emotional or social conditions that make it dangerous or unwise for your child to safely participate in our programs.
At any LMS program you attend with your child, you are responsible for supervising them and ensuring they can participate safely. LMS is not responsible for the behavior or safety of children who need support beyond our standard programming. By attending, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.
Stay informed. By providing your email, you agree to receive Little Makers Studio newsletters and promotional materials. We never sell or share your information except with LMS vendors who help provide our services or send LMS communications.
Event Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date. The remaining 50% balance is due 3 days before the event. We reserve the right to cancel parties without a refund, if balance is not received on time.
Gratuity is not included or expected for our private events, but always appreciated. The best way to show our team some love is by leaving a Google review! Your feedback helps our team get recognition for their amazing work and helps other families discover Little Makers Studio for their own celebrations.
Larger private parties requiring 3 or more staff will incur a $25 charge per additional staff member.
Maximum Occupancy
Headcount must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. A $350 over-capacity fee will be charged if the headcount exceeds our limit on the day of the event.
Private parties capacity is 30 (including kids and adults). For safety and the best experience we recommend:
Messy Makers: Up to 15 kids ages 4 and under. All children under age 4 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, no exceptions.
Crafty Creators: Drop-off parties/events for ages 5+ we recommend no more than 25 kids with a host family in attendance.

Arrival & Departure
The host family may arrive up to 20 minutes before the party to set up. We cannot admit anyone earlier, as we need time to prepare and avoid disrupting other LMS programs. If you are bringing your own food, deliveries should arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before the party starts.
All guests must leave when the party ends. The host family may stay up to 20 minutes afterward to gather belongings. Any host or guest remaining beyond this time will incur a late departure fee of $250 for every 30 minutes beyond the end time.

Decorations
LMS does not provide party decorations unless you have paid for a custom party add on. If you choose to bring any decor, please keep in mind: all items must be pre-assembled (i.e. banners pre-strung, centerpiece assembled, florals made, etc.) We do not allow pinatas, balloon air walkers, confetti or wall decorations.
Outside vendors or entertainment are permitted for an additional cleaning fee. (e.g. face painters are okay, a live band is not allowed.)
Food & Drink
LMS provides food and drinks as included in your party package. You may bring your own cake at no extra charge, but the host family is responsible for serving it and providing napkins, plates, cups, utensils (e.g. a knife to cut the cake), and candles. Any additional food brought by the host—especially items that need to be served or portioned — must follow these rules and will incur a $100 cleaning fee:
Nut-free
Ready to serve (we do not provide bowls, trays, serving utensils, specialty paper goods, or beverages, and we do not assist with setup or serving)
Not hot (no burners, hot plates, or warmers)
Brought by the host family only; outside caterers or vendors (e.g. food trucks) are not allowed
Alcohol and hot drinks are strictly forbidden.
