STUDIO SPACE:
*Private. Drop-off. Guest parent/guardian optional. Max capacity 30 (total children and grown ups). For the best art activity experience for children we recommend no more than 16 participants. $50 per additional child participant. Combined headcount with children & adults must not exceed 30 ppl. A $350 fee will be charged if your headcount is over capacity on the day of the event.

Party Policies
Every party held at Little Makers Studio must follow the General Studio policies and Code of Conduct set forth in party agreement.
Private parties capacity is 30 (including kids and adults). For the best experience for art activities we recommend no more than 16 kids. For larger parties, please email us at info@littlemakersstudio.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. An over capacity fee may be applied if headcount exceeds 30 ppl on the day of the event.
Arrival time
Host family may arrive 20 minutes prior to the party start time. We will not admit anyone earlier as we need time to set-up and avoid disrupting an active LMS Program.
Departure time
All guests are expected to depart when your party is designated to end. Host family is authorized to stay an additional 20 minutes after the designated party end time in order to gather belongings and head out. If the host or any guest stays beyond the authorized time, the host will be charged a late departure fee equal to $250 per 15 minute period in which the host or a guest stays beyond the authorized time.
Party Drop-off
Children must be 4+ years of age to be dropped off. Any guest under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a grown-up.
Additional Decor
If you choose to bring any decor, please keep in mind: all items must be pre-assembled (i.e. banners pre-strung, centerpiece assembled, florals made, etc.) We do not allow pinatas, balloon air walkers, confetti or wall decorations.
Outside vendors or entertainment are permitted for an additional cleaning fee.
Food & Drink
LMS does not supply any food or drink for your party, unless stated in the party package. However, you are welcome to bring any food you’d like, provided, that all outside food must follow the guidelines below:
Nut-free
Ready to set out and serve (we do not provide bowls, trays, serving utensils or any specialty paper goods or beverages, and we do not assist with the set-up or serving of any food/beverages)
No hot food (no burners, hot plates or warmers)
Alcohol and hot beverages are strictly prohibited
Outside vendors/caterers are permitted with a $200 service fee for private parties only. LMS is not responsible for hiring or managing vendor/caterers.
Gratuity
We love our team. Especially our party coordinators who work so hard to make your party a success! A $150 flat gratuity is added to all studio parties. (Large Private Parties may require 3 or more of our party coordinators, therefore an additional $75 per additional staff needed will be added to your flat gratuity rate)
