All renters must sign a waiver of liability agreement waiving Luna Performing Arts,LLC of any liability.
The renter is responsible for their own insurance.
If you are expecting 20 or more people for the duration of your rental, you are REQUIRED to pay for Studio Staffing/Assistance: $30/hr
Cancellation Policy
Customer must notify Luna Performing Arts of a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to start of booking. If Customer cancels between 24-48 hours before booking start, Customer is obligated to pay 50% of the booking fee. If Customer cancels within 24 hours of booking start, Customer is obligated to pay 100% of booking fee. There are no exceptions for weather.
To confirm your booking, payment in full must be made.
Accessibility
Elevator in building is reserved for disabled individuals, stroller use, and residents of building. Access for individuals with disabilities and families with strollers is available upon request.
