❖ After Party Request is submitted MakeInspires staff will respond within two business days with Deposit Request for ~80% of the estimated headcount. If less or more children attend, the difference will be returned or charged to your card.
❖ Tipping party instructors is customary and appreciated.
❖ Cancelation is required at least 30 days prior to event for a full refund to account credit.
❖ To ensure we provide the best experience for your event, we require a final headcount estimate at least 48 hours prior to the party. Refunds or adjustments for decreased attendance will only be considered if notified 48 hours in advance.
❖ MakeInspires may use photos of the party for promotional purposes with no names mentioned.
