Gym Tots

A perfect gym class for the newly mobile toddler! Gym Tots builds on the lessons taught in Gym Babies by introducing basic gymnastics skills and reinforcing them throughout the semester for children 14-18 months old. Your child will develop physical confidence through activities that focus on balance, a strengthened upper and lower body, and coordinated body movement – all set to original music. The structure of this enhanced learning environment promotes social and emotional development alongside physical skill-building. Gym Tots builds gross motor skills as the children climb, balance, and move on the colorful soft play mats, trampoline, and balance beam. The program incorporates singing, stretching, puppets, parachutes, bubbles and games so that the wonder and excitement never stops. Dynamic instructors and a high energy environment make this class engaging for child and adult alike!

Please note that you will be required to submit the following forms for participation in all classes and programs prior to your child’s first scheduled class or drop-in. Upon enrolling, our dedicated team will reach out to provide you with the details:
