From the moment the whistle blows, these little athletes 2.5-3.5 years old build muscles, increase their focus and get a great workout each week! Consistency breeds performance in any sport, and our class is developed to give budding athletes a predictable format in which they can excel throughout the semester. Each class includes warm-up games and stretching followed by an aerobic circuit to get the blood pumping. Skill-building activities related to several different sports are introduced in a non-competitive environment to optimize the experience for each child. Every session culminates with a group cheer to help the students understand teamwork and the spirit of cooperation. GO TEAM!
