This engaging program encompasses an exciting range of sports, including hockey, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, soccer, t-ball, bowling, baseball, track and field, football, and more.

Designed to foster essential skills such as throwing, catching, kicking, body awareness, and fair play, our dynamic activities promote the development of both gross and fine motor skills. Each session is carefully structured to provide a well-rounded experience, comprising a warmup, skill-building exercises, sports-focused open time, games, and a cool-down.

In our Junior Varsity Class, monotony is left behind. Our approach involves a progressive teaching method that ensures an active and controlled environment, encouraging healthy competition and teamwork. We strive to create an atmosphere where children can thrive and excel, all while having a blast.

Classes are available in one or two-hour sessions, exclusively tailored to meet the needs of 3 to 6-year-olds. To participate, children must be potty trained and capable of using the bathroom independently. Join us today and watch your child's athletic journey come alive at The Inner Athlete!

Other Things To Know
Fully enrolled athletes will be provided either a credit of the value of the missed class or schedule a makeup for the missed class for up to TWO missed classes. An email MUST be sent by 8pm for morning and 10am for afternoon classes.

My son loves going at Inner Athlete! He has learned so much and improved his soccer skills. He was very shy in the beginning but Coach Berto and Claire helped him overcome his fears and feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!!
