Class Experience
Singing, dancing, crafting and more! We invite families to join us in this class for our younger adventurers that combines all of our favorite creative mediums - theatre, music, AND art. In this parent/caregiver accompanied class, children will begin the day with engaging warm-up songs to get their bodies, voices and imaginations ready to soar. Then, we will open our magical treasure trunk to reveal themed prop and costume items that spark an exciting adventure, leading us to our art project of the day. Families will row, row, row our boats into the ocean to make an under the sea creation, or head to Old McDonald’s Farm to get artsy with the animals!
This class will not only have your little one singing, dancing and exploring with friends to spark their social emotional learning skills, but they will also leave class with a cute art project. Set your kiddo on the path to expression with Musical Art Adventure!

Treasure Trunk really puts a unique, thoughtful, and magical twist on the toddler class experience. There were so many different ways for my kid to participate on her own terms, the space was super clean and well-organized, the instructor was incredibly engaged with the kids and learned and used everyone's name, and my toddler got to work on and take home an art project (and I got to take notes on the super creative art activity that we can do at home in the future without any special supplies!)

The enthusiasm of the instructors and the combination of music, movement and an art project.
Improvements:
The format is generally the same each class. While it is lots of fun, it would be nice if it was more varied.

We're so glad you're enjoying the class! We do keep our structure of the class the same each time for consistency as kiddos do well with familiarity and routine. But we love adding variety to our classes through the songs we sing, the craft projects, and of course, the items we find each class inside our treasure trunk. We're happy to chat further if you have additional ideas to add variety.

Maya was warm and energetic. The space was new and clean. We appreciate having a low key, fun drop in option for this age group on weekend mornings.
Improvements:
We’d love a weekend drop in class closer to us in Park Slope as well.
