Class Experience
Tunes with Miss Elli provides a gentle introduction to your preschool child’s development through music. Presenting a fun and engaging approach, Miss Elli explores ways of enjoying music and developing language through listening, singing, playing and movement.
Our classes are packed with various means of communication, engagement and developmental aids such as sign language, interactive play, body movements, use of musical props and sight stimulation using bubbles. By incorporating sign language, your child has the opportunity to advance speech development and learn how to communicate early on. Fine and gross motor skills are developed using musical instruments, scarves, drums - encouraging kiddos to explore rhythm and beat.
This class is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the bond with your little one while developing not only their music skills but also social, gross/fine motor and cognitive skills. This class is designed with quick transitions to engage all ages from infants through to 4 years.

Notes
Parents, please don't forget to bring picnic blankets and musical instruments for your tinies! We will have some musical instruments to share on site but want to be sensitive to the current environment.
Class Requirements
- Please bring a blanket to class! When this class is held outside it is on the grass so a thicker picnic blanket is preferred! If the class takes place inside (at the Glessner House) it's a cement floor.
Other Things To Know
Kids learn from their surrounding environment - they look up to you in all the ways to show them how the world works. By staying engaged in the class you're building a stronger bond with your little one and, of course, if you're having fun - they will DOUBLE have fun! ;)

Very Inclusive, kids were comfortable and socialized a bit organically
Improvements:
if anything, a more established group vibe -? A way for each child to recognize what for most, is their first introduction to a formal ‘class’, encouraging communication, mimicking and socializing. Possibly a Group Activity game or dance? Waiting turns, sharing and again the socialization is what I want most from the Studio experience.
