Class Experience
Come together with new moms to share stories, experiences and discuss all that comes with being new to motherhood. It’s your opportunity to ask for advice or give advice. Also, we’ll remind one another that self care is a priority in your routine so that you can be the best mom to your little one.
Notes
Adults can register for class and baby is always welcome to attend with parent for free.
Class Requirements
- Don't worry if you're running late and/or you have to feed or change your baby in class. We will all get a turn with these things at some point. :)
Sample Class Format
- Group facilitated by Michelle Goitia, chatting with other moms sharing their daily experiences of new motherhood. Bring topics that you want to discuss or participate in the topics that come up organically.
Other Things To Know
Class cards expire 120 days from purchase.
What To Bring
- We do have chairs but if you want to put baby down, bring a blanket and/or yoga mat.
