Class Experience
Ready to help build a greener world? In City Lab: Greenprint for the Future, you’ll dive into the principles of sustainability and discover how to design cities that care for our planet. Throughout the week, you’ll explore how urban environments can be transformed with eco-friendly ideas—like green buildings, renewable energy, and smart parks. Using hands-on activities and creative projects, you’ll design your own vision of a sustainable city, complete with innovative solutions for a brighter, cleaner future. Let’s work together to dream up cities that thrive with nature and pave the way for a healthier planet!

Notes
This camp takes place at Georgia Tech's Hinman Research Building, located at 723 Cherry St NW, Atlanta, GA 30332.
Ground Rules:
This class is a creative learning environment. All registrants agree:
- to be respectful of others in all circumstances
- to engage in collaborative practices with classmates and instructors
- to only to use appropriate language in verbal and written conversation
- not to troll other participants and/or their designs
MODA reserves the right to remove any participant immediately if they engage in any conduct that detracts from the experiences of other participants and is not in line with the purpose of the class.
Cancellation Policy:
Camp registrations that are canceled 2 weeks prior to the start of the session will result in a refund of the amount paid minus a $100 non-refundable registration fee.
No refunds will be available for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.
MODA reserves the right to cancel any camp or program that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
If you have any last minute emergencies, do not hesitate to contact MODA at education@museumofdesign.org so that we can discuss the best options for you and your camper.

Kids really liked the class.
Improvements:
More information on sustainability. Incorporate it in Minecraft. A lot of silence in the session. Also, the instructor was very new to Minecraft and these kiddos have been playing for a a few years.

My son loves this class! The interactions with the other participants are so positive and it’s awesome to hear him having fun, laughing, learning and even teaching others some tips and tricks along the way. It’s great to have him feel a sense of belonging and gain confidence in his skills. Thank you for hosting these virtual sessions!

Teacher was very clear on explaining instructions to the kids.
Improvements:
There could have been some clarity that this webinar was only fit for gaming on a windows PC or ipad, my son uses the PlayStation console to play Minecraft and was bummed out that he couldn't participate.
