Class Experience
Learn and commit to impryoving your health and well-being.
Program designed to prepare new students for the art of Pole Dance.
All movements will be done at least one limb on the floor.
You will not be expected to lift your entire weight off the floor right away.
Before requesting Private Lessons we request all students to complete at least 12 Pole sessions.
Notes
Be 5 minutes late
Class will not re-teach anything so be on time.

Didn't like having the dog in the studio bc she kept getting nippy, but otherwise great class.

The teacher is also a dancer and teacher relevant moves that the kids can do.
Improvements:
My child was younger and perhaps could have used fewer moves and more practice, class moves fast if your kid can absorb it that’s great!
