Class Experience
Welcome to Aerial Hoop Foundations Introductory! This is a 30 minute class designed for students to engage all the muscles needed for looking gracefully on the hoop. This class will introduce and revisit all the basic hand and knee grips.
*Students must wear leggings or pants to protect the back of their legs from the friction of the hoop.

The teacher is also a dancer and teacher relevant moves that the kids can do.
Improvements:
My child was younger and perhaps could have used fewer moves and more practice, class moves fast if your kid can absorb it that’s great!
