Class Experience
AWARDED BEST ART CLASSES 2021 in Best of Honolulu Family!! 4 one hour classes for ages 4.5-6 year olds. Classes are taught at our studio where the magic happens! Each month is themed! Artists will together explore a country to learn about their culture, influential artists, and more! Projects can be individual, in pairs or done as a whole group! The possibility is endless! Our goal is to introduce many types of styles and mediums to the little artists so they can discover their own preferred style. We will be hosting mini presentations and exhibits periodically for the artists to showcase their work. Materials are included for each lesson. Artists will take home their sketchbooks each class, and are required to bring their own smock or wear clothes that can get dirty to class.
Class Requirements
- Children must be comfortable with separation
- Must be fully potty trained

- Makeups are offered for missed classes. Please view policy for details.
- one month notice and a final tuition payment is requried to cancel monthly tuition billing. Please call, email or talk to a teacher in person.
What To Bring
- Smock or paint clothes
- Sketchbooks that will be provided on their 1st day of insturction
- Water Bottle
- If you are not familiar with us, we are located at the bottom of the Collection Condo in Kaka`ako. We do have parking with 8 stalls. Please review our parking rules:
- 1) Parking is first come first serve
- 2) No parking in Le Monde (Other Tenant) Parking at ANY TIME.
- 3) No Loading/waiting for parking in their stalls at ALL times
- 4) Please use loading zone to wait for stalls to open up, or find alternative parking on street or at SALT.
- 5) No speeding in parking lot
- 6) Do not form LONG lines along town houses as town house owners can not get in and out of their garage.
- 7) Please leave promptly after your class so others can take your spot. If you plan on hanging out letting kids play or chatting with friends please move your car or park off site.
- 8) No running around/playing in parking lot!
- 9) Remind any adult who will be driving your child to MTC the rules above.
- Our parking is outdoor located on Ala Moana and South Street, all stalls are marked My Treehouse Club Member Parking. Loved:
My daughter LOVED this class! The teachers were so engaging and the activities were fun. I appreciated the structure of the class. The circle time in the beginning followed by some free play and skill building was perfect for her. The space is beautiful and well cared for. We enjoyed the class so much that we signed up for a membership. We're very much looking forward to our next class!
Improvements:
Scheduling through the sawyer website is a little bit confusing

Teachers were very involving, understanding and caring. It’s good to involve play time in between since at this age their attention span isn’t that long!

It was really fun session for my child! Can’t think of anything that could be better!
