Class Description:
For ages 4-8 years old. A safe and gentle way to build strength and flexibility according to your child’s development, drive and goals. Through simple body-weight exercises, resistance training and cardio. We will practice basic gymnastics skills throughout the class. This class is with Coach Kerry. The focus will be on the basic elements your child needs to propel to the next level of their ability. Back to basics will be the theme in this semi-intense session. Your child will learn focus, discipline, strength and confidence during this hour. Don't worry, we won't forget to have fun along the way.
Class Participation Requirements:
1) Child is independent and can follow instructions. (Athletes should be prepped ahead of time for a drop off gymnastics class )
2) Fully Potty trained:
a. Can let coach know they need to go to the bathroom without being asked.
b. Can go to the bathroom without any assistance
c. Can wipe on their own
d. Can pull down/up underwear/leotard
3) Parent viewing available for day 1 only. 2nd class onwards will be Viewing via zoom only.
4) NO make ups for missed classes.
5) Hair must be tied up, leotard for girls/fitting athletic wear for boys, water bottles.
6) NO toys or comfort items in the gym area.
There are no makeups or refunds offered for missed classes.
Makeups are offered to at My Treehouse Club fitness classes upon availability. Absense must be called in by 6pm the day prior to class to qualify for a makeup. No call no makeup.

- one month notice and a final tuition payment is requried to cancel monthly tuition billing. Please call, email or talk to a teacher in person.
What To Bring
- Children should wear comfortable clothes.
- If you are not familiar with us, we are located at the bottom of the Collection Condo in Kaka`ako. We do have parking with 8 stalls.
- Please review our parking rules:
- 1) Parking is first come first serve
- 2) No parking in Le Monde (Other Tenant) Parking at ANY TIME.
- 3) No Loading/waiting for parking in their stalls at ALL times
- 4) Please use loading zone to wait for stalls to open up, or find alternative parking on street or at SALT.
- 5) No speeding in parking lot
- 6) Do not form LONG lines along town houses as town house owners can not get in and out of their garage.
- 7) Please leave promptly after your class so others can take your spot. If you plan on hanging out letting kids play or chatting with friends please move your car or park off site.
- 8) No running around/playing in parking lot!
- 9) Remind any adult who will be driving your child to MTC the rules above.
- Our parking is outdoor located on Ala Moana and South Street, all stalls are marked My Treehouse Club Member Parking. My daughter LOVED this class! The teachers were so engaging and the activities were fun. I appreciated the structure of the class. The circle time in the beginning followed by some free play and skill building was perfect for her. The space is beautiful and well cared for. We enjoyed the class so much that we signed up for a membership. We're very much looking forward to our next class!
Improvements:
Scheduling through the sawyer website is a little bit confusing

Teachers were very involving, understanding and caring. It’s good to involve play time in between since at this age their attention span isn’t that long!
Improvements:
It was really fun session for my child! Can’t think of anything that could be better!
