Class Experience
PMC’s Ninja Moves is an intermediate level class for high energy children ages 6-10 years old interested in obstacle courses, agility, and general strengthening. Physical challenges like swinging, jumping, hanging, and climbing will help build your child’s core, upper and lower body strength.
Parents can enjoy watching their ninjas from the lobby.
