Class Experience
PMC’s Gym Stars is an intermediate class for children 6 and up. This curriculum includes core, upper and lower body strengthening, balance, and bilateral coordination. Instructors will teach students higher-level tumbling, bars, and balance beam skills while building their confidence in a safe and positive environment. Children will master correct gymnastics techniques and forms as they build a strong foundation for future skills. Parents can enjoy watching their gymnast from the lobby.

My daughter came from another gymnastics class at a different facility and was a little hesitant as her last experience wasn't the best. She left last night after her first class with so much confidence and excitement for the next week! It was so refreshing to see that spark back in her. Thanks so much to the teachers, especially Ms. Carli for providing an environment of comfort, support and fun! You can see Carli & Jess truly love to work with the kids, help them improve all with encouragement!

The instructors were very friendly, engaging, and supportive.
Improvements:
The class description outlined an agenda that I perceived as some free play but mostly instruction. This class felt like more free play than instruction, though. There’s nothing wrong with that format, so I don’t think it needs to change. I just don’t think it matched the description. Since that’s not the format we were expecting, I feel bad having potentially taken a spot from someone who was looking for that format.
