Class Experience
PMC’s Juniors Gymnastics is a beginner class geared towards kids just starting out in the sport. This class will allow your young gymnast to build foundational skills while having a great time doing it. The skills will include forward and backward rolls, beam skills such as walking forwards and backwards, side stepping, kicks, hops, and rolls, and foundational skills for cartwheels and handstands. The curriculum includes core, upper and lower body strengthening, balance, bilateral coordination, basic tumbling skills, uneven bars and balance beam.

DROP PROCEDURE:
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY PMC TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Written notice via email, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk or phone call will be acceptable. Prior to the beginning of the next billing cylce.

Loved:
Works on many different skills. Keeps kids interested and wanting to learn more. Shows students the skill if they don’t understand and helps them 1-1 to improve and master skills. Grace knows and understands the skill level of each student and is able to work with them and challenge them.

Instructors were fantastic! Even when my daughter got upset, they handled it perfectly. The skills they were teaching were age appropriate and my daughter immediately wanted to come back for more.

Emily and the rest of the staff were amazing with the children! I cannot believe how patient they were with my grandson who has autism.

My daughter came from another gymnastics class at a different facility and was a little hesitant as her last experience wasn't the best. She left last night after her first class with so much confidence and excitement for the next week! It was so refreshing to see that spark back in her. Thanks so much to the teachers, especially Ms. Carli for providing an environment of comfort, support and fun! You can see Carli & Jess truly love to work with the kids, help them improve all with encouragement!
