Class Experience
PMC’s Knee High Ninjas is a beginner level class for littles ages 2.5 -5 years old learning how to play in a group setting and participate in activities. This class is designed for high energy children who need a place to get that energy out while being introduced to structure and following directions. Physical challenges like swinging, jumping, hanging, and climbing will help build your child’s core, upper and lower body strength.
Other Things To Know
Parents must be present for the ninja to participate but are encouraged to sit back and watch them gain independence.

About Pediatric Movement Center
