Class Experience
This class is open to students who are fluent in French and focuses on reading, oral and written expression. All activities in this class are conducted in French. This class complements the « Etude de la langue française » class, and your child can attend either one or both. This class will lead to a final presentation of student’s writing project.
Ce cours est ouvert aux élèves francophones et se concentre sur la lecture et l’expression orale et écrite. Toutes les activités de ce cours sont menées en français. Ce cours complète le cours « Étude de la langue française », et votre enfant peut assister à l’un ou l’autre, ou aux deux. Ce cours aboutira à une présentation finale du projet d’écriture de l’élève.
PS58 school pick-up optional (we will require a minimum of 4 children enrolled in the pick-up to offer that option).

About Smith Street Workshop and Maternelle
Smith Street is a French immersion preschool and a comprehensive tutoring, educational enrichment center in Brooklyn.
We provide individual and group tutoring and test prep. We also offer after school French programs taught by experienced bilingual educators; French Immersion Summer Camp; and a French Immersion Preschool Program through Smith Street Maternelle, a preschool grounded in the fundamentals of progressive education and experiential learning.
