Class Experience
a menagerie of mini pets and mythical creatures
This is a crafty class for animal lovers that’s all about our beloved pets – the ones we have or the ones we love to imagine. Each activity lets campers bring a different mini pet to life. And along the way, they learn about important aspects of habitat and environments, animal adaptations, and the links between living things.
Projects include Dr. Seuss Landscapes, Creative Creature Wands, Pet Wristlets, Mini Pets and Their People, Glove Monsters, Hide and Seekers, Puppy Chow and Funny Pet Portraits.

$100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. Balance due June 1, after which there are no refunds. If you have a conflict – reach out! We will always try to help.

My daughter spent a week at Curious Jane this summer. She didn't know anyone else in her group, but found it very welcoming and enjoyable. It seemed like the size of the project and the amount of time spent on it was just right for her age group. She was very proud of the project she built, but also had fun with the other activities that were mixed into her days.

The pick up and drop off was so smooth. The entrance was so welcoming and fun. My daughter was so excited to be there. Thank you to everyone that contributed to such an amazing camp. We hope you come back to the area next year and are interested in the Long Beach camp as well.
