Musical Theater Dance: Jazz

Jazz: beginning - Intermediate (for ages 8+)

A musical theater jazz class is a high-energy dance class that combines jazz and Broadway-style dancing and music. Classes typically focus on:

• 
  Technique: Learning proper dance technique, including body placement, movement, and expression
• 
  Performance skills: Learning to connect with the audience, tell a story through dance and facial expressions
• 
  Musical styles: Exploring the music and styles used in Broadway shows

All students will perform in a theater on stage at the end of the semster live showcase!
